A media executive who has worked with many of the world’s leading B2B and B2C publishers, I’m Barry Cronin and I founded Panacea Media in 2011. I’ve served in several key management positions at International Data Group (IDG), Incisive Media (formerly VNU), Reed Business Information (RBI) and Dennis Publishing.
For the last 6 years I have been both building revenue streams for and consulting with start ups, digital media companies as well as non-profit organisations.
I’ve managed publishing brands, teams and businesses that have generated over $80 million in reader and advertising revenue and expanded reach to millions of new readers across both B2B and B2C markets.
I thoroughly enjoy the media business, have a strong eye for revenue and enjoy working with teams across businesses to meet reader and revenue goals. That’s why I started Panacea – to help publishing find the right solution for today’s consumer.
